After having used a program such as f ex Skype etc, I expect it to appear in Startmenu recent list. But most of the time it does not appear there Any comment on this ?

Hi,You can try clear the list and see if Skype will be added to the list. (right click on Start, choose Properties, go to Start menu tab, uncheck Privacy boxes, click OK and recheck them)Also if Skype is always needed to start, why not just pin it to Taskbar or Start menu?
